Youth Yoga & Mindfulness (In-Person)

For Grades 7-12
Join us for this weekly session for teens! Youth yoga is a healthy way to connect with your breath and move your body. Many of the techniques offered can positively affect your mood and provide tools for coping with stress in everyday life. Mindful movement can also offer benefits for mental health, such as helping with concentration and anxiety. For this program, please bring your own yoga mat, towel or blanket. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and without restriction. This will be an outdoor in-person program. Click here to register for the entire three-week session!
